The Equity Builders Service Request Form is for those who are current Equity customers who have had their home built by us, and are in need of placing a service call for maintenance and/or repair. This is a simple form which is filled out on line and submitted directly to our offices. Once submitted, an Equity Builders representative will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your request.
